Cask #1188 is a 13-year-old unpeated single malt distilled in 2010 and aged in a single, first-fill bourbon cask. In keeping with the distillery's coastal maturation, this expression offers a bright, fruit-forward profile.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Orchard fruits, tropical citrus, and creme brûlée.
Palate: Creamy mouthfeel, honey grassy notes on the mid-palate and a hint of oak spice.
Finish: Medium finish with lingering malt and sea salt.
