Two cans of St. Patrick’s Irish Stout extract, Smooth LME, Munich Malt, Chocolate Malt, Flaked Oats, Fuggle hops, Nottingham yeast, and bourbon-soaked oak chips come together for a rich, roasty, malty stout with deep oak character and a warming 9.5% finish.
High-Fermentation Activity: This recipe contains a lot of fermentables and may ferment aggressively. Place your fermenter somewhere safe in case foam or liquid escapes during fermentation.
