• PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS: Bake: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove halibut from the pouch. Bake fish at 400 degrees for 15-22 minutes. Cooking time can vary by oven. Saute: Preheat a non-stick skillet on low heat. Remove the halibut from its pouch and place it in the hot skillet. Sauté for 5 minutes, flip the halibut over, cover the pan, and cook for 7-11 minutes. Total cooking time: 14-18 minutes. Let stand for 2-3 minutes before serving (the halibut will continue to cook slightly). Grill: Preheat the grill on high and clean it with a grill brush.
